At the risk of stating the obvious: The easiest way to print your own is to buy blank iron-ons at Staples and put them through an inkjet. I think CafePress started out printing with <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MicroDry" rel="nofollow">Alps Microdry</a> printers, rather than inkjet; but those are hard to find these days.
